Rhinoplasty
Bone hump reduction and alar nose and
tip remodelling are the rhinoplasty main features.
Shortening and lowering make a better profile; narrowing improve the
frontal perspective.
Septoplasty is performed when necessary.
After an accurate presurgical evaluation we perform this cosmetic
procedure by internal incisions and we make a conservative correction,
according to the face harmony.
Local anaesthetic and general sedation are used.
Splint is applied after surgery for about seven days and a gauze pack is
placed inside the nostrils for one day.
